Sole Source Notification: Pursuant to Missouri Statute RSMo 50.783, it is the intent of the Buchanan County Commission to sign a contract with Terracon Consultants to complete the Missouri Risk-Based Correction Action Risk Management Plan at a total cost of $8,500 at 10:00 a.m. on November 30, 2009. This was found to be a single feasible source. This company completed a previous report that is essential in preparing the above plan.
